A thorough process of credit checks, rental history verification, and employment and income verification, followed by interviews and reference checks, so tenants meet our standards for reliability and community fit.
Rent collection
If rent is not paid, ASICO issues reminders and may charge late fees. If it stays unpaid, the matter can move to legal action and eviction, or to collections or court proceedings.
Rent reviews
We follow all local laws on rent increases: advance notice to tenants, and compliance with any caps on the amount or frequency of increases. Where rent control applies, adjustments stay within legal limits.
Documents to rent
To rent a property in Dubai you typically need a valid Emirates ID, a copy of your passport, proof of income and sometimes a reference letter.
